Our Journey

Sarwadi Finance was born from the rich legacy of the Nipha Group, founded in 1960 by the visionary Mr. G. D. Shah. With over six decades of excellence in manufacturing and exports, Nipha expanded into financial services with the establishment of Nipha Finance in 2016. Building on this foundation, Sarwadi Finance was incorporated in 2017 as an RBI-registered NBFC-MFI, dedicated to empowering underserved communities through responsible microfinance solutions.
